EXPORTING POLICY

TreeLocate has shipped worldwide for many years. Since the United Kingdom leaving the European Union at the end of 2020, and when a trade deal was made, the team has been ready to arrange the shipment of your orders and make purchases as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

Please read the below information, including terms and conditions concerning shipping outside the UK Mainland.

The following buyer's information will be required at the first point of the sales process.

  • Confirmation of business to business and the Business name in full (some hauliers will not be able to ship to an individual)
  • Full contact name
  • Contact email address
  • Contact telephone number
  • Any site restrictions or special instructions for delivery
  • Is a country of origin certificate required? (country of origin declaration will be included on the commercial invoice provided by the seller. The buyer must inform the seller if an additional land of origin certificate is required).

TreeLocate (the seller) will deliver DAP - (Delivery at the place of destination) and will deliver to the destination place agreed (the seller is not required to unload the goods at the destination).

DAP Terms for the buyer:

Customs will contact the buyer, and it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange the import declaration and settle any VAT and duty at the applicable rate in the destination country before the final delivery can be made.

Any costs incurred through insufficient documentation will only be met by TreeLocate if requested at the time of order. Expenses incurred due to the buyer not adhering to the DAP terms will be recharged or deducted from the value of the goods if the consignment is returned to the seller.

TreeLocate will provide export paperwork, i.e. commercial invoices, along with any other relevant documentation at the buyer's request. We are fully committed to new shipping legislation and assure you of our best attention.
